Air India has previewed Vista, an in-house digital platform designed to combine inflight entertainment, loyalty, commerce and travel services. The system will use AI and connectivity and is planned for phased rollout from the second half of 2027, beginning with selected new aircraft. Passengers could eventually access loyalty services, travel information and selected booking functions directly through seatback screens.
