Air China will launch a new thrice-weekly fifth-freedom service connecting Beijing Capital, Copenhagen Kastrup, and Reykjavik Keflavik starting October 26, 2026. The airline will operate the route using A330-300 aircraft. This new service complements Air China’s existing daily Beijing-Copenhagen flights. While this marks the only direct connection between China and Iceland, Air China will face regional competition on the Copenhagen-Reykjavik segment.
