Indian Railways has permanently expanded the Ahmedabad-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express from 16 to 20 coaches following rising passenger demand on the busy western corridor. The upgrade adds additional AC Chair Car and Executive Class seating to improve availability and travel comfort for business and leisure passengers travelling between Gujarat and Maharashtra.
