Agra Metro has taken a significant step toward full operations with the successful completion of a 6 km trial run between Mankameshwar and the Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT). The trial confirms readiness of track infrastructure and technical systems, paving the way for extended testing. Once fully operational, the metro is expected to ease traffic congestion, improve daily commuting, and strengthen connectivity across Agra’s residential, commercial, and cultural zones.
