Domestic travel rose 15%, while international travel increased 12.4%. Aircraft movements grew 16% to 2.67 lakh flights. Key factors driving this growth include enhanced connectivity, economic momentum, business travel, and special flights for events like the Kumbh Mela. Increased airline capacity, new routes, and Ahmedabad’s rise as a business and tourism hub further fueled the airport’s expansion.
