Hamad International Airport (DOH), ranked the World’s Best Airport by Skytrax 2024, has unveiled Concourses D and E, boosting its capacity to 65 million passengers annually. Completed ahead of schedule, the expansion enhances global connectivity, streamlines operations, and introduces advanced smart boarding systems. The new concourses add 17 gates, premium retail outlets, and sustainability-driven designs targeting LEED Gold certification. This milestone strengthens Qatar’s aviation hub status, supporting Qatar Airways’ growth and the country’s economic vision for 2030.
