Hyderabad’s GMR International Airport has won the ‘Best Airport (15-25 MPPA)’ award in ACI’s 2024 ASQ survey, competing with 400+ airports globally. The ASQ program evaluates passenger satisfaction across 30+ indicators. CEO Pradeep Panicker credited the achievement to innovation and team dedication. ACI Director General Justin Erbacci praised Hyderabad for setting new standards. The airport has consistently ranked among the world’s best, previously winning top honors from 2009–2017 and excelling in Asia-Pacific awards in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023.
