Minor Hotels is bringing Tivoli Hotels & Resorts to Mexico with the launch of Tivoli Mérida Residences in early 2027. Located in Mérida, Yucatán’s capital, the five-star resort will feature 69 private residences near the iconic Paseo Montejo. Part of the historic Casona 333 complex, the development will include a restaurant, outdoor pool, bar, spa, gym, and luxury boutique. Just 20 minutes from Mérida International Airport, the project blends colonial charm with modern luxury, marking Tivoli’s expansion into a new market.
