Beaches Resorts is investing $150 million to expand its Turks and Caicos property with the new Treasure Beach Village. Set to open in spring 2026, the expansion adds 101 suites and rooms, bringing total capacity to 858. The 100-acre beachfront resort will feature a 15,000-square-foot pool, seven new dining options, and a 32-seat cinema. Bookings are now open. Executive chairman Adam Stewart emphasized the resort’s focus on quality family time, calling the Caribbean a place where kids will willingly disconnect from screens.
