Hilton has partnered with Saudi developer Osus to bring Hilton Garden Inn and Curio Collection by Hilton Residences to the ‘Osus Eye’ project in Riyadh. The Hilton Garden Inn will offer 250 rooms, dining venues, a fitness center, and meeting spaces, while Curio Collection Residences will feature 176 luxury apartments with premium amenities. Signed at the Hospitality Innovation Summit, the deal aligns with Hilton’s expansion in Saudi Arabia and Osus’ vision to create a world-class, integrated hospitality and lifestyle destination.
