Cathay Pacific has been named the 2026 Asia Airline of the Year by CAPA at its Asia Aviation Awards for Excellence in Japan. The airline was recognised for its strong post-pandemic recovery, network expansion, operational performance and continued investment in customer experience. CAPA also highlighted Cathay’s cabin and lounge upgrades, alongside more than 100 aircraft on order. The award recognises the airline’s strategic leadership and impact across Asia’s aviation industry.
