IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a 50-key Garner hotel in Jim Corbett, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2027. The property will be developed with United Hospitality Management India. It marks Garner’s sixth India signing and expands IHG’s presence beyond major cities into India’s wildlife and leisure tourism market.
