IndiGo will launch daily direct flights between Bengaluru and Ayodhya from December 31, 2024, boosting tourism and pilgrimage with convenient timings. The airline will also resume daily Bengaluru-Gorakhpur flights on the same date. Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales, stated that the Bengaluru-Ayodhya route underscores IndiGo’s commitment to regional connectivity and positions Bengaluru as a key travel gateway. These connections offer travelers ample time to explore Ayodhya’s spiritual heritage and access IndiGo’s broader network.
