Marriott International has launched Project Prarambh with The Job Plus and the Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council. The programme aims to train 500 young people aged 18–30 from vulnerable communities over two to three years. Training, workplace exposure and mentorship will support pathways into formal hospitality employment, expanding career opportunities within India’s growing tourism industry.
