Lufthansa Group is making India a major focus for long-haul growth as passenger and premium travel demand continues rising. The airline now operates up to 80 weekly flights to India, including two A380 routes, with traffic growing about 10% annually over the past two years. Ongoing talks with Air India could further reshape India-Europe connectivity through coordinated routes, schedules and capacity.
