Viking announced the delivery of its newest Viking Longship, the Viking Dagur, built at Meyer’s Neptun Werft shipyard in Germany. The 190-guest vessel will operate on the Rhine, Main, and Danube rivers. The ship features Scandinavian design, a patented square bow, an indoor/outdoor Aquavit Terrace, and two-room suites. Viking plans substantial fleet expansion, with 21 additional river ships by 2028 and more ocean and expedition ships by 2031.
