Indian Railways will operate 112 special train trips during the Onam festive season, nearly doubling last year’s services to meet the expected travel rush. Running from August 14 to September 6, the trains will connect Kerala with several major cities across India. The Southern Railway will operate 54 services, while other railway zones will handle the remaining 58, helping thousands travel home for Onam celebrations.
