ORIX Aviation Systems has agreed to acquire AerFin, a UK-based aviation aftermarket specialist, expanding its capabilities beyond aircraft leasing and asset management. The deal adds expertise in used serviceable material, airframe and engine parts, alongside aircraft disassembly and component management. AerFin’s global operations will strengthen ORIX Aviation’s support across the aircraft lifecycle while promoting greater asset reuse, parts optimisation and more sustainable aviation practices.
