Travel on the Bengaluru–Mangaluru NH 75 corridor has improved after the partial opening of the 1.18-km Nellyadi flyover with underpasses in Dakshina Kannada district. The new carriageway has eased congestion and improved movement for daily commuters, tourists and heavy vehicles travelling between Bengaluru and coastal Karnataka. Officials say the full opening before monsoon could further reduce travel time and strengthen regional highway connectivity.
