Maharashtra has introduced an Ambedkar heritage circuit covering key sites in Mumbai, Nashik and Nagpur to promote cultural tourism. The initiative includes guided tours to locations associated with Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, such as Chaityabhoomi, Deekshabhoomi and other significant landmarks. The programme aims to combine heritage awareness with tourism growth, while supporting local economies through increased visitor footfall and related services.
