Indian Railways has introduced a new Bengaluru–Kozhikode Express service to improve connectivity between Karnataka and Kerala. Operating from Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal in Bengaluru, the overnight train connects key stations including Bangarapet, Salem, Erode and Palakkad. The service is expected to support commuters, business travellers and tourists while strengthening economic and travel links across South India.
