Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India is strengthening its presence along Maharashtra’s Konkan coast with a new Club Mahindra resort near Dapoli and Murud Beach. The property will feature 110 rooms, opening in phases from FY27. Designed as a family-focused coastal getaway, the resort aims to boost regional tourism and support growing demand for domestic beach vacations.
