Southwest Airlines will begin daily nonstop flights between Harry Reid International Airport (Las Vegas) and Juan Santamaría International Airport (San José, Costa Rica) in October 2026. Operated by Boeing 737 MAX aircraft, the service cuts travel time to under seven hours and strengthens U.S.–Costa Rica tourism connectivity.
