The openings include voco London–Bloomsbury and three Garner Hotels in Rotherham, Lincoln, and Chesterfield, adding around 380 rooms. IHG says the expansion supports rising demand for flexible, value-led accommodation while strengthening long-term hospitality growth across key urban and regional markets.
