Abu Dhabi, UAE will be connected to Dubai and Sharjah through new passenger train routes launching in 2026 under the Etihad Rail project. The Abu Dhabi–Dubai journey is expected to take around 57 minutes, significantly reducing travel time. The rail network aims to improve inter-emirate connectivity, commuter travel, and sustainable transport across the UAE.
