Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood will host a special Lunar New Year dining event at Ramie on January 27, 2026. Curated by sibling chefs Trinh Nguyen and Thai Nguyen, the dinner will feature a traditional Vietnamese mâm cỗ feast, a multi-course meal symbolizing prosperity and togetherness. Organized in collaboration with the James Beard Foundation’s JBF Greens Seattle, the evening celebrates Vietnamese culinary heritage while offering guests an immersive cultural experience ahead of the Lunar New Year.
