Egypt high-speed rail project is moving forward with a landmark electric rail link connecting Ain Sokhna on the Red Sea to Alexandria and Marsa Matrouh on the Mediterranean. Spanning around 660 kilometers, the line will cut travel time to just three hours. Developed with Siemens Mobility, the project supports sustainable transport, tourism growth, and Egypt’s long-term Vision 2030 infrastructure goals.
