The UAE has unveiled an AI-powered smart car designed to detect visa and residency violations in real time. Developed by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Ports Security, the vehicle uses six cameras, 360° facial scanning, and heat maps to identify offenders. Fully electric and equipped with advanced AI, it enhances enforcement efficiency while supporting the UAE’s digital vision for smarter, tech-driven governance.
