Delta Air Lines has teamed up with Green Taxi Aerospace to introduce an electric engine-off taxiing system aimed at reducing fuel use, emissions, and costs. The Zero Engine Taxi (eTaxi) technology enables aircraft to move without using main engines, saving fuel and minimizing maintenance. Part of Delta’s Sustainable Skies Lab, the initiative supports its net-zero 2050 goal—marking a major stride toward cleaner, more efficient aviation operations worldwide.
