Mozambique is expanding its one-stop border crossings to make travel smoother and attract more tourists. The initiative, announced in Tete Province, will reduce waiting times, cut bureaucracy, and strengthen cooperation with neighboring countries in the Southern African Development Community (SADC). By improving access to key destinations like Maputo, Gorongosa, and Bazaruto, Mozambique hopes to grow tourism, support local businesses, and enhance cultural exchange across Southern Africa’s connected travel network.
