Starting October 26, 2025, IndiGo will begin daily direct flights between Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and Malé, Maldives. This marks the fourth Indian city with direct connectivity to Malé, joining Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Kochi. The new service aims to serve both leisure and business travelers, enhancing accessibility, trade, and tourism. Operated with ATR aircraft, the flights provide affordable, reliable travel and further strengthen India–Maldives ties in tourism, investment, and cultural exchange.
