The project will upgrade the regional broadband network, bringing high-speed internet to 208 public institutions, including schools, health centers, and police stations. It will also establish 69 free WiFi hotspots in rural areas. The initiative aims to boost education, healthcare, and public safety, ensuring greater opportunities for communities across the Andes.
