easyJet has launched the Flight Paths initiative to help tackle youth unemployment in the UK by creating aviation career opportunities for NEET (Not in Employment, Education, or Training) youth. With 12.5% of young people in the UK currently NEET, the airline plans to recruit nearly 1,000 cabin crew members for 2026. Free taster sessions at London Gatwick’s Training Centre will guide 18–24-year-olds toward aviation careers, offering skills, travel prospects, and long-term employment opportunities.
