Greece has greenlit floating platforms in Paros and Ermioni to improve seasonal boat mooring and coastal tourism infrastructure. Backed by €50 million investment, these eco-friendly sea terraces will support the growing maritime tourism sector while adhering to strict environmental and heritage safeguards. Designed as removable, non-permanent structures, the platforms will operate up to nine months annually—enhancing access without disrupting marine ecosystems or archaeological zones.
