Travel Food Services (TFS), India’s top airport food and lounge operator, will launch a ₹20 billion ($233M) IPO from July 7–9. The offer is a pure stake sale by the Kapur Family Trust. Operating 413 outlets and 37 lounges across India and Asia, TFS saw 27% profit growth last year. With expansion plans in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and the Middle East, TFS eyes global reach amid rising air travel demand.
