France has officially revealed its first metro train for Line 18 of the Grand Paris Express, launching a critical testing phase ahead of its 2026 debut. Developed by Alstom, the train features panoramic windows, smart lighting, real-time updates, and inclusive design. Ten trains will be tested along the Massy–Palaiseau to Christ de Saclay route. This metro line aims to boost sustainable mobility and regional connectivity across Île-de-France.
