The Vande Bharat train service between Katra and Srinagar will commence commercial operations on June 7, following its inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Bookings will be available on the IRCTC platform post-launch. Northern Railway confirmed two train sets will operate four trips daily. The train offers Chair Car and Executive Class, with fares priced at ₹715 and ₹1,320, enhancing connectivity in Jammu and Kashmir.
