Nobu Hospitality is launching a new luxury destination in Muscat, Oman, featuring a Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and branded Residences on Yiti Beach. Developed with Enevoria Development and Oman’s OMRAN Group, the project supports Oman’s tourism goals. Spanning 60,000 square meters, the site includes 80 hotel rooms, a beach club, a spa, and wellness facilities. This marks Nobu’s second Middle East project with Enevoria, reinforcing the brand’s global expansion and commitment to high-end, lifestyle-focused mixed-use developments.
