UAE hotel revenues reached AED45 billion ($12 billion) in 2024, marking a 3% year-on-year growth, according to Minister Abdulla Al Marri. Occupancy rose to 78%, supported by 16 new hotel openings. The total hotel count hit 1,251 with 216,966 rooms. Hotel guests grew 9.5% to 30.8 million, achieving 77% of the 2031 tourism target seven years early, reinforcing the UAE’s global tourism ambitions.
