Saudi Arabia has launched two air ambulance helipads within Makkah’s Holy Mosque to enhance emergency care during the Umrah season. Operating 24/7, the helipads enable swift medical evacuations to specialized hospitals. This initiative, alongside the newly inaugurated Al-Haram Emergency Hospital, reinforces the Kingdom’s commitment to pilgrims’ health, offering advanced facilities including ICU, radiology, and isolation units to ensure world-class, rapid-response healthcare.
