Starting April 10, Canadian tourists will need a visa to enter Brazil, ending the previous 90-day visa-free policy. However, business and student travelers can still visit for up to 90 days without a visa. This change also applies to U.S. and Australian citizens. Existing valid visas remain usable, and stays over 90 days require an extension from Brazil’s Federal Police. Passports must be valid for six months beyond departure.
