Male workers accounted for 86.7%, and females 13.3%. Hotel occupancy dropped to 56%, while serviced apartments rose to 55.9%. The average hotel room rate fell by 2.1%, while serviced apartment rates increased by 25.1%, reflecting the growing number of licensed hospitality facilities.
