• Is there a flight connection from India to Busan?

  There are no direct flights between India and Busan. Singapore Airlines and Thai Airways offer daily 1-stop flights from various cities from India to Busan via Singapore and Bangkok respectively.

  Busan is a very good starting point to experience industry and factory visits in South Korea. Ulsan is an industrial port city located an hour’s drive from Busan. It is the industrial hub of South Korea including Hyundai Motor Plant – the largest car manufacturing facility in the world.

About 40 mins drive from Gyeongju is a interesting site in Gimhae city – Tomb of Queen Heo believed to be a princess from the Indian city of Ayodhaya. It is worth a visit for every Indian traveller.

  Koreans who live in urban areas are good in English compared to those who live in the countryside. All road signages are in dual language including English.
