Jammu and Kashmir plans to develop Jammu as a year-round tourism destination, expanding pilgrimage, heritage, adventure, eco, wellness and leisure tourism. New attractions and infrastructure are planned across destinations including Mansar, Shiv Khori, Patnitop and Bhaderwah.
